Pre-12pm delivery requests will incur a £5.95 plus vat delivery charge. Orders must be placed by 2pm.

Saturday deliveries have an additional £15.00 plus VAT delivery charge on all orders. Orders must be placed by Friday at 2pm

Pre 12pm deliveries are never guaranteed due to possible unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays/accidents/breakdowns which is out of ours and the courier’s control. Please contact us if your pre 12pm delivery does not arrive in time and we will make sure the additional payment you made for the timed delivery is refunded to you.

SUPC Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your order from The Single Use Paper Company, but if you’re not happy for any reason you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. There are no time limits for returns or exchanges, no 28 day window, we just want you to be totally happy with your order.

We look at each return and exchange on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making each and every one of our SUPC customers happy.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and a credit note will be issued to you by email. We aim to do this within 5 working days.


If you change your mind about your purchase and you require and alternate colour or size, please return your original order and we will refund the goods after you have placed and paid for your new order via the website.


If you feel that your items are faulty, please send us a few samples in the post for analysis. We will issue you a full refund if we agree that the goods are not within the correct specification.


If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will make sure you have your parcel as soon as possible. We will track your items and give you an update on its location and estimated time of delivery. No refunds or discount for late deliveries, we aim to give you the best service possible.


Please remember to obtain proof of postage when returning any items. We will not refund your cost of returns in all cases. We will not refund any goods if you fail to contact us before returning items to us.

We’ll also make sure that you are kept in the loop and will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund or exchange.

Please note, that from time to time, we may not be able to accept a return. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate your request!
